To ensure the best care for the vehicle, smart maintenance schedule is every 12 months or every 20,000 kilometres (whichever comes first, starting from the date of first registration).
Each smart vehicle comes with a 5 year or 150,000 km (whichever comes first) warranty on materials and workmanship, starting from the date of first registration. It covers free vehicle repair and replacement of any defective parts (excluding wear and tear items, and accident repairs).
Your smart comes with 8 years or 160,000 km & state of health up to 70% high-voltage battery warranty to give you peace of mind. The high voltage battery 8 Years warranty period is up to 8 years from the date of registration and fully covered by smart. The vehicle must be serviced every 20,000 km or 1 year (whichever comes first) and maintained by smart appointed authorised dealers in accordance with the vehicle’s standard warranty terms and conditions.
In addition to the High-voltage battery warranty, smart provides 8 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first) High-voltage core components warranty, covering electric-drive motor, controller, and vehicle control.
